The Hiding Spot:
The medallion was found under the City's triangular monument at The Ponds Park near the intersection of Mushtown Rd. and Ponds Pkwy. in southeast Prior Lake.

General Info:
The medallion hunt will kickoff the 27th annual Lakefront Days celebration in Prior Lake. For a complete listing of Lakefront Days events, visit www.cityofpriorlake.com.
The first clue will be released on Saturday, July 17, 2010 on this website and in the weekly edition of the Prior Lake American newspaper. New clues will be released every Saturday and Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. until the medallion is found.
The lucky hunter(s) should bring the medallion to Assistant City Manager Kelly Meyer at Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota St. SE in Prior Lake (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) to receive the $200 prize and choose whether to take part in the Lakefront Days parade. A photo will also be taken of the hunter(s).
Rules:
1. All residents of Prior Lake and the surrounding areas are eligible for the event.
2. Hunters 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Hunters must be respectful of businesses and other people (including other hunters).
4. The medallion is hidden so that hunters do not have to break any law to find it.
5. The medallion can be found without digging or climbing.
6. The medallion is hidden on public city property which includes parks, trails, sidewalks, streets, the library, schools, city hall or other city buildings.
7. The medallion is not hidden on private, non-public or non-city property.
8. Once found, the medallion must be returned to Kelly Meyer at City Hall as soon as possible, such as the next business day, or it may be assumed lost.
